The Students in the Media Arts Academy will provide all Media

The Gathering Place provides an evening of inspirational
entertainment and business networking in an exciting family-style
environment.
The objective of the Gathering Place is to connect successful
business owners and organizations with new or potential businesses
& organizations in a fun-filled relaxed atmosphere.
Our goal is to promote business relationships, new customer contacts
and sharing of information while playing chess or a board game,
watching the big screen, playing wii or x-box, or just sharing a light
meal or a cup of exotic coffee while enjoying the local talent on stage.
Successful artists, business owners, pastors and entrepreneurs will
be on-site each month to meet, greet and answer questions one on
one or in special activity-group settings.
One of the main attractions will be the "Live Celebrity on Screen
Sessions" where reknown millionaire celebrities will be on screen "live"
via satellite for those in the session to ask questions and converse
with them on the big screen. The Artist's Jam Sessions, Poetry
Reading, Sound Stage, Video Magazine Recording and professional
dvd's of their performances will be a big hit with the musicians and
local artists.
Our Goal is to provide several exciting social and business-marketing
mediums through this event. We fully expect the attendees to have a
great social evening with their friends while being inspired to reach
their goals and aspirations by what they have seen or heard by others.
Our intention is to make this a haven for technology, resources and
information in our efforts to encourage local businesses, artists, and
organizations to take advantage of the media services that are
available, through the Media Arts Academy to help them reach their
next level of business or service.
The entire evening will be recorded & edited for the "Gathering Place
Television Show"
All funds generated from this event are used to fund the Next Level
Project and the Media Arts Academy.
The Gathering Place will partner with the Our World Jam Fest to
provide a safe and exciting event for children so that parents attending
the Gathering Place will be able to enjoy a worry-free night out while
their children attend the Youth Jam Fest.
